Phase 1 - Initial Planning and Consultation

ensures that we are able to accurately articulate to potential candidates your positioning within the market, corporate culture, history, organizational structure, career and advancement opportunities.
Position Profile

establishes the job description, needs assessment and job pattern for the position, which identifies the reporting structure, primary responsibilities, and all other core objectives.
Salary Profile - clarifies salary ranges, commission/bonus guidelines, benefits, and general compensation
issues.
Phase 2 - Search Strategy and Action Plan
Research Strategy
- identifies primary and secondary competitors, industry referrals, previously interviewed candidates, and potential companies that we are not able to recruit from due to partner programs established by our organization or any other conflict of interest areas.
Direct Recruiting and Advertising - includes industry sourcing/headhunting, on-line advertising, targeted networking, a review of previously interviewed candidates and potential internal candidates.
Interviews/Pre-Screening
- consists of initial screening of resumes, telephone interviews, preliminary in-person interviews, focused job-specific interviews and behavioural interviews.
Candidate Packaging - includes professional resumes, comprehensive references, candidate profile and job match assessments and salary/compensation expectations for all candidates.
Phase 3 - Offers and Fee Structures
Offers – we will assist you with the development, presentation, facilitation, and negotiation of the offer subject to your human resource needs and guidelines.
Post Placement Follow-Up - our follow-up includes contacting you as the client, and the candidate who was placed in order to ensure a continued positive working relationship.

Kelly+MacLean wants you to be completely satisfied with the performance of every employee we place in your organization.
If a candidate referred accepts and, subsequently, terminates employment or is terminated for just cause less than 3 months from date of hire, we would undertake to identify satisfactory alternative
candidates at your expense.
This would be with the understanding that the client would reimburse all out of pocket expenses incurred in the
process.
