This assessment tool is most suited to those who are trying to identify their best career options and further educational requirements. Based on a candidates results in their Thinking Style, Occupational Interests and Behavioural Traits it evaluates and compares the requirements for a variety of career fields as described by O*Net (Occupational Information Network).

The percentages indicate the degree to which a candidate’s results match each of the listed occupations shown in descending order by percentage match within each group. This highest percentage indicates the best job fit.

The results are grouped into two categories:

Group One – indicates those occupations typically requiring education beyond high school.

Group Two – indicates those occupations not typically requiring further beyond high school.
