PROCESS
Phase 1 – Initial Contact
A resume is submitted to Kelly+MacLean International for review.
Phase 2 – Personal Interview
Contact may be made to schedule a time for a personal interview to further discuss your work history
and to fully understand your strengths, weaknesses, career objectives, preferred work environment and
compensation requirements. An assessment maybe requested. Details of the position will be shared
with a candidate to determine the level of interest.
Phase 3 – Shortlist Created
A shortlist is created for the client complete with resumes and assessment information for them to confirm
candidates for interview.
Phase 4 – Potential Opportunity Identified
Potential candidates will be contacted to confirm interviews.
Phase 5 – Interview Results
A consultant will contact the client and candidate to understand and determine the outcome of the
initial interview.
Phase 6 – Next Step(s)
Successful interview candidates are contacted with details on the hiring company’s preferred next step.
Unsuccessful interview candidates will be advised accordingly.
